New Ofsted Framework Conference Exhibitor Booking Form

The AMS New Ofsted Framework Conference on Saturday 6 April is a wonderful opportunity for educational providers to network with school leaders and promote their products and services. We have set aside a dedicated post-lunch period on the agenda for delegates to visit exhibitors.

Exhibitors will be located in the Exhibition Hall, along with the registration and refreshments areas. This will ensure maximum footfall when delegates arrive. Additionally, there is a dedicated one-hour slot on the agenda for delegates to visit the exhibition stall area.

Exhibitors will receive:

  • One table (wooden, trestle-style. For sizes, please see below)
  • 2 chairs (additional chairs available upon request)
  • On-site parking
  • Lunch and refreshments

Madani Schools Federation (Sports Hall)

77 Evington Valley Road





Madani Schools Federation (formerly known as Madani High School) is located on Evington Valley Road opposite Empire Supermarket. Please be informed that some satellite navigation devices may direct you to the nearby Evington Valley Gardens which is a quarter-mile away from the school.

Bus: The 54 and 54A bus from Leicester Railway Station stops on Evington Road half a mile from the venue and will take about 12 minutes in total. Alternatively, the 22A bus will also stop half a mile away on Evington Drive and will also take about 12 minutes.

Car: The school has a car park which is available to exhibitors and delegates but may fill up quite quickly on the day. You may park on the roads nearby, but please be aware that these are public roads and no allocation has been made to the school.




  • Exhibitors may arrive to set up their stall during the following times:
    • Friday 5 April, between 7.00pm and 8.30pm
    • Saturday 6 April, between 8.00am and 8.30am
  • Parking is permitted anywhere in the Madani Schools Federation car park, but please note this car park is accessible to members of the public so we advise great care in securing items of value.
  • Your table allocation will be marked under the name of your organisation.

Stall set-up in the Exhibition Hall


9.00am to 9.45am

Registration (Exhibition Hall)

Stall reps can network with delegates as they arrive

Refreshments will be available in the Exhibition Hall


10.00am to 12.00pm

Workshops (AM)

Delegates will leave the Exhibition Hall to attend the workshops they have registered for


12.00pm to 12.45pm

Lunch (Dining Hall)

Lunch for delegates and exhibitors will be served from 12.00pm in the Madani Schools Federation dining halls

Please note, the Exhibition Hall will be unattended during lunch.


12.45pm to 1.00pm

Prayer (Madani Schools Federation Mosque)

After prayers, delegates will be directed to the Exhibition Hall for the networking session

Please note, the Exhibition Hall will remain unattended during prayer.


1.00pm to 2.00pm

Networking (Exhibition Hall)

This slot is dedicated to exhibitors to allow them to network with all attendees.


2.00pm to 2.45pm

Breakdown of stalls and departure



Please note the following

  • Exhibitors must arrive between 8.00am and 8.30am and stall set up must be complete at 8.45am. Equipment and setup will not be allowed after 9.00am.
  • Ensure that at least one person is present at each of your stalls at all times.
  • Please ensure all wires and cables are properly secured with safety tape and all potential hazards are removed.
  • Once your exhibition space is set up, you will not be allowed to relocate your stall under any circumstances.
  • Access to WiFi will be available (Network Name: MADANI-02 Password: orange11) but you may prefer to use your own WiFi Hotspot for better signal strength.
  • Please ensure you adhere to the timings indicated on the agenda.
  • An exhibitor table and chairs will be provided. Table cloths will not be provided.
  • You should only exhibit items that you have declared in the booking form.
  • Stalls must commence breakdown by 2.15pm and tables must be vacated by 2.45pm.
  • The organisers have the absolute right to stop any exhibitor from selling or displaying any products on their stall on the day.
  • All stalls must be operated in a safe manner taking into account at all times the health and safety of visitors, members of the public and organisers.
  • It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate public liability insurance cover and that they abide by all trading regulations.
  • All terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that they and all persons associated with the stall or application are familiar with all terms and conditions associated with this event.
  • In the event that an exhibitor wishes to cancel his space booking, the organisers reserves the right to reallocate their space. The booking fee is non-refundable.
  • No material should be included on stalls that could be deemed radical, extremist or intolerant. Material should not be illegal, promote racial or religious hatred or intolerance towards any group or community. Please do not express any religious or political views that could be deemed radical, extremist or intolerant. The Association of Muslim Schools (AMS) will not take responsibility for any offensive or unlawful views expressed by any member of your organisation during the conference.
  • No money should be collected through charitable donations.
  • A submission of an application or monies does not guarantee approval of an application. The organiser’s decision is final on all matters.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse any booking.
