People often think of coaching related to sports. But that’s not the only reason for coaching. In the same way a coach helps an athlete improve their performance, you can also have a coach to help performance in all other aspects of life e.g., career, relationships, health business and so on.

So, the coach helps to guide the coachee to reach their goals by offering accountability and challenge.

Coaching can be taken as a stand-alone session when you want support on a very specific goal, but it is most effective when it is carried out over multiple sessions over period of time or ongoing.
