Tawhid Boys School is an oversubscribed popular Independent 11-16 School based in Stoke Newington, Hackney. The School underwent OFSTED inspection in July 2022 and was deemed as a Good School Overall. Tawhid is a non-selective community-based school with a strong team of highly qualified dedicated staff and Management.

The school is seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and visionary member of staff. The candidate must be enthusiastic, and child centred. The successful candidate will lead and have an opportunity to make significant contribution to the Review & development of the School’s Religious and Islamic Studies programme.

We are looking for someone who:
 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations
 Has passion, clear vision, drive and energy to lead the subject
 Is confident using IT resources in the classroom
 Have sound knowledge of Islamic education and experience of teaching other world religions
 Be up to date with current pedagogy including Mastery teaching
 Be able to build on strengths, initiate further improvement and continue to raise standards
We wish to appoint a dynamic dedicated teacher to Coordinate and teach Islamic & Religious Studies. NQT’s will be considered for this Post.
